1. Professionalism & Ethics

• Maintain high coaching standards in line with recognized sports regulations.

• Act as role models demonstrating fairness, integrity, and discipline.

• Ensure equal treatment for all athletes without bias or favoritism.

• Maintain confidentiality of athlete performance, medical, and personal information.

2. Child Protection & Safety (POCSO Compliance)

• Strictly follow the POCSO Act, 2012 and child protection guidelines.

• Any physical punishment, harassment, or misconduct is strictly prohibited.

• Report any suspicion of abuse or misconduct immediately.

3. Anti-Doping & Health Regulations

• Educate athletes on anti-doping rules and banned substances.

• Ensure athletes undergo required medical fitness checks before participation.

4. Player Integrity & Documentation

• Verify all athlete documents to prevent age or identity fraud.

• Any manipulation of records will lead to strict disciplinary action.
