1. Respect & Cooperation

• Encourage children to follow academy rules and training structure.

• Parents/guardians shall not interfere with coaching decisions or selection processes.

2. Behavior During Matches & Events

• Maintain sportsmanship and respect referees, officials, and academy staff.

• Avoid abusive language, aggression, or disruptive behavior.

3. Health & Safety Responsibility

• Ensure athletes attend medical check-ups and follow health guidelines.

• Provide accurate medical history of the child during enrollment.

4. Selection Integrity

• Parents shall not apply pressure or external influence on player selection or team decisions.
