SANRACHANA ACADEMY (SA) – REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy Statement

Sanrachana Academy operates structured sports training programs including basketball, athletics, fitness, and related development programs.

All fees collected are used for training allocation, coaching scheduling, facility usage, and batch planning. Therefore, fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

2. No Refund Policy (Standard Rule)

All fees paid to Sanrachana Academy are strictly non-refundable once:

  • Enrollment is confirmed

  • Batch allocation is completed

  • Training schedule is assigned

  • Athlete has attended even one session

This applies to all programs including:

  • Basketball programs

  • Athletics & fitness programs

  • One-on-one training

  • Camps and workshops

  • Institutional or school programs

  • Community or concession programs

3. Mid-Month Admission / Late Joining

If an athlete joins after the batch has already started:

  • Fees will be charged on a pro-rata / session-wise basis

  • No refund will be provided for missed sessions before joining

  • Academy reserves full right to decide batch adjustment or allocation

4. Injury or Medical Absence Policy

Sports participation involves physical activity and risk of injury.

4.1 Short-Term Injury (Minor Injury / Missed Sessions)

  • No refund will be issued for missed sessions due to injury, soreness, or temporary absence

4.2 Mid-Month Injury / Long Absence

  • If an athlete gets injured during the program:

    • Fees for the ongoing month are non-refundable

    • Academy may allow session adjustment or carry-forward (case-by-case basis only)

4.3 Medical Proof Requirement

  • Any long-term medical claim must be supported by valid medical documentation

  • Academy reserves the right to verify all claims

5. Withdrawal Policy

If an athlete voluntarily discontinues training:

  • No refund will be provided for remaining sessions or unused period

  • Admission or registration fee (if any) is strictly non-refundable

  • Written communication must be provided for withdrawal

6. Misuse of Refund Claims

To maintain fairness and protect genuine athletes:

  • False injury claims for refund purposes will result in:

    • Immediate termination from program

    • No eligibility for re-enrollment

    • Possible restriction from future programs

7. Special Cases (Academy Discretion)

Refunds or adjustments may only be considered in rare cases such as:

  • Serious medical conditions (hospitalization level)

  • Academy operational cancellation of program

  • Duplicate payment errors

All such cases are subject to management approval only.

8. Final Authority Clause

Sanrachana Academy reserves full rights to:

  • Approve or reject any refund request

  • Modify batch structures and schedules

  • Apply exceptions only in genuine cases
